Cleaning Services Operator

The role

The Cleaning Services Operator will represent Danihers Facility Management and report to the Cleaning Services Site Manager. The main duties will include:

  • Delivery of high quality cleaning services in line with the client’s site standards
  • Cleaning across a wide variety of task-based activities
  • Complete continuous onsite training both on the job and online
  • Fulfill the site requirements regarding documentation

What you will need to succeed

  • A strong work ethic, including the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team
  • Strong experience in cleaning services
  • Good time management and excellent communication skills
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
  • The ability to work under pressure, including an eye for detail
  • An understanding of OH&S and Quality Management systems
  • A high level of written, verbal and computer skills
  • Flexibility around a rotating roster
  • Availability 24/7 including ad hoc/on call
  • A Police Check
  • Medical and blood tests
  • Own transport

Maintenance Officer

The role

The Maintenance Officer will represent Danihers Facility Management and report to the Client Service Manager. The main duties will include:

• Maintenance of the School’s property to ensure the School works effectively and without interruption
• Maintain the property in a safe, clean and secure condition
• Handyman functions, general maintenance and some gardening and where possible, undertake repairs and improvements, including operating of equipment to achieve the required standards
• Identifying issues and additional works that may be required on site
• Scheduling of regular maintenance, services and repairs in all aspects of the property

What you will need to succeed

• A strong work ethic, including the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team
• Excellent handyman, maintenance and gardening skills, or a trade background
• Good time management and excellent communication skills across all areas of the school site
• Ensuring the delivery of quality services
• The ability to work under pressure, including an eye for detail
• An understanding of OH&S and Quality Management systems
• The ability to identify, clarify and resolve routine and non-routine problems
• Good written, verbal and computer skills
